According to AKTU.cz, this refers to a man who had no real connection to the agency and is now deceased. It is not clear at this moment how much money was siphoned off via the “black soul,” though the sums could reach into the hundreds of thousands.

Bailiff Ivanko himself responded that he cannot comment on the matter since he is now a suspect. He also mentioned that his legal representative has filed the appropriate criminal complaints, although it is not yet clear whom they are against.
