The money from bailiff Ivanka's enforcement office was being embezzled outrageously. Meanwhile, the man was already dead.
© Exekutor Ivanko společně s Luďkem Žákovcem a dalšími zaměstnanci A scandal rocked Dr. Ivana's enforcement agency in 2024 when the police arrested the enforcement officer Ivana. According to the police, he is responsible for his agency keeping the funds it collected. Among those affected were both the general health insurance company and ČEZ. The money that Ivana’s office was supposed to hand over was being funneled into luxury vacations and expensive cars. The question remains: who was financing these expensive cars and vacations, and where are the cars now?
The editors at AKTU.cz have discovered that another method used to siphon money from the agency was the so-called “black soul.” This involved an employee who received a salary even though he wasn’t actually present at the agency and performed no work. According to AKTU.cz, this refers to a man who had no real connection to the agency and is now deceased. It is not clear at this moment how much money was siphoned off via the “black soul,” though the sums could reach into the hundreds of thousands.
Bailiff Ivanko himself responded that he cannot comment on the matter since he is now a suspect. He also mentioned that his legal representative has filed the appropriate criminal complaints, although it is not yet clear whom they are against.
It is also unclear whose account or by what means the payments for the “black soul” were made. The editors know the identity of the man and are currently gathering further details. We are also verifying other information, such as whether this was the only “black soul” case at the bailiff’s office.
You can’t officially employ someone at the bailiff’s office on paper without them actually working there, not without the knowledge of the treasurer or the director of the office. We are now investigating who was holding the position of director at the time the “black soul” was employed.
Ivanko himself was detained on suspicion of abuse of a bailiff’s power and potential embezzlement, and he was held in custody for roughly six months before being released. The police are currently unraveling the case, and according to AKTU.cz, there is a strong possibility that the circle of suspects will widen.
