Frauds “Just Like in the Nineties” – Part Five. Mafia
© AKTU.cz The next installment of the mini-series about the so-called controversial entrepreneur Vlastislav Římský, who continues his business despite having been hit with seizures and causing damage worth hundreds of millions of crowns to the Czech Republic. Not only has he deceived the ministries of defence and interior, but he is also involved in fraud in the development projects in Novosadská in Olomouc and in Satalice in Prague. His scams wouldn’t be possible without the money he uses to bribe state officials and without the influential, wealthy people who lend him funds. The intriguing question remains: where did these influential individuals actually acquire their money, and what role does the murder of the notorious tunnel digger play in their enrichment?
The entanglement between the police, GIBS, and Římský is unmistakably clear. Evidence comes from wiretaps in which Nina Rydlová admits that Římský gave some investigators “a lot of money”.
Although two police officers from Ústí nad Labem are under investigation, according to a senior GIBS officer, the aim is to sweep the matter under the rug.
Later in the report, we point out possible links between Římský and top politicians, even though available evidence suggests that Římský was merely an executor and hired muscle carrying out orders.
We also present evidence regarding who controls the Římský companies. It is Vladimír Stratil, also known as Vladimír Veselý.
The report repeatedly mentions names like Petr Bernátek, David Průša, and Helena Horová – well-known law students from Plzeň. Here, we managed to secure an intriguing piece of evidence: a photograph from the investigation into the puzzling fall of armorer Pavel Musela, which Průša was probing. Let us recall that in this case everyone is after hundreds of millions, if not a billion. It is said that Musela lost his memory after the fall. We will attempt to outline further details in the next installment.
Even the cooperative members and those who bought an apartment in the Zahrady Novosadská project are left with no certainty. The contract has been so cleverly crafted that even if the apartments are never built, Římský will slip away like a fish. We are already preparing a sixth installment in which we will once again focus on Zahrady Novosadská. We can already say that if Římský is not brought to court and preemptive measures are not imposed regarding the handling of the land and apartments, none of the new owners of the unfinished flats will see a single crown. Once again, we are talking about losses amounting to hundreds of millions of crowns.
